With an estimated investment of ₹1,200 crore, AU Real Estate has announced a huge premium residential project in Siddharth Vihar, Ghaziabad, on a land parcel of 5.6 acres. With an estimated asset value of nearly ₹1,600 crore, the project will further bolster the Ghaziabad real estate market and make Siddharth Vihar one of the fastest-growing residential hubs in NCR. The locality is strategically located on NH-9 and is well connected with Noida, Delhi, as the Delhi Meerut expressway is in the proximity, and the demand from developers and homebuyers for modern urban living with connectivity has especially been on the rise.


The Siddharth Vihar housing project segment has been a real hot favourite and has been in great demand due to the shift in lifestyle needs in the NCR. The demand for affordable housing was the primary driver of the Ghaziabad real estate market earlier, but now it is emerging as a hub for luxury and premium housing projects in Ghaziabad. The project is projected to have an estimated revenue of around ₹1600 crore and will have almost 831 premium apartments.


The prices of the apartments will reportedly start at about ₹1.5 crore per apartment, with an apartment price of about ₹6,900 per sq. ft. at the time of launch. This project will be finished by 2031. The luxury apartments are expected to further boost the region's premium housing segment, according to AU Real Estate.


Compared to other real estate markets of NCR, Ghaziabad is considered to be a developing and promising market for NCR real estate investment, with comparatively lower property rates. With comparatively lower property rates, industry experts believe that the Ghaziabad real estate market is becoming an attractive destination for NCR real estate investment.
