County Group Expands Footprint: Announces ₹2,500 Crore Ultra-Luxury Housing Project in Gurugram

New Delhi —Renowned NCR-based real estate developer County Group has come up with a big expansion plan and has invested hugely to meet the growing demand for luxurious residential spaces. Within the ambit of its latest business plan, County Group has come up with a premium residential housing project in Gurugram’s Sector 88A. With an approximate Gross Development Value of ₹4,500 crore, this development further bolsters the company’s strategic position in key urban locations in NCR.

This project will cover an area of 24 acres and will comprise 844 ultra-luxurious flats, which will be equipped with modern facilities and have high-end specifications. The construction of this project is expected to be completed by 2032. It is indeed a significant achievement for the pipeline of County Group Gurugram luxury homes.

Talking about the new expansion plan, Amit Modi, Director at County Group, highlighted that there is strong demand among consumers for premium residential properties in Gurugram. The project lies in Sector 88A and will have good connectivity to all major arteries in New Gurugram. It is fast becoming a favorite destination for some of the leading developers who wish to target affluent consumers and professional corporate executives.

The huge investment comes from the success of the company in other micro markets in the area. After having created a big presence in other parts of the region with residential projects through its brand name, County Group Noida, the company is now moving its expertise in creating upscale residential projects to Gurugram. Previously, it was reported that the company had announced its plans to invest over ₹1,200 crore in a 5-acre luxury residential project with 226 units in Sector 151, Noida.

The substantial County Group Rs 2500 crore investment is the amount invested in construction, infrastructure, and deliveries during the development lifecycle. With more than 18 to 20 million square feet of completed space and a similar volume under active development across Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, Gurugram, and Delhi, County Group continues to strengthen its position as one of NCR’s premier realty brands.

The capital is being invested at an important point in the housing industry of the region. Though there has been moderation in the sales of residences in leading cities of the country, the ultra-luxury and high-end market segments continue to perform better than others. The affluent segment is focusing on investing in large homes from well-known developers with a good delivery track record.

As soon as the RERA clearances and groundwork are completed, the construction of the Sector 88A development will be initiated. The 844-unit ultra-luxury development, which promises to raise the standards of luxury living in New Gurugram with its top-notch facilities, green landscapes, and luxurious architectural designs, will be one more step forward for the luxury housing sector in the NCR, which is becoming more competitive every day due to the massive investments by County Group.
