TVS Emerald Acquires 12-Acre Land in Chennai for Rs 2,800 Crore Project

TVS Emerald, a leading real estate developer, has acquired a 12-acre land parcel in Chennai to develop a new residential project with an estimated revenue potential of Rs 2,800 crore.

While the company did not disclose the acquisition cost, the land, strategically located on Radial Road (PTR), offers a development potential of 2.5 million square feet. This marks the third land acquisition for TVS Emerald in the current fiscal year, following earlier purchases in Padur, Chennai and Thanisandra, Bengaluru.

Sriram Iyer, Director & CEO of TVS Emerald, expressed his enthusiasm for the acquisition, stating, "This significant land purchase reinforces our dedication to strategic growth and market leadership in Chennai and Bengaluru." He emphasized that the prime location on Radial Road will enable the company to expand its footprint and create substantial value for its stakeholders.

TVS Emerald, a wholly-owned subsidiary of TVS Holdings, is a prominent player in the residential real estate sector, focusing on developing high-quality projects and self-sustaining communities. With a strong presence in Chennai and Bengaluru, the company has delivered over 3.6 million sq.ft of residential space and currently has an impressive 8.6 million sq.ft of projects under development.
